Dr. Francis Bellido is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of international experience spanning cybersecurity, healthcare, and financial industries. Currently serving as the CEO of Quantum eMotion Corp. (QNC.V) since January 2020, Dr. Bellido has a distinguished track record of leadership, including roles as CEO and CFO of SoundBite Medical and executive positions at Eli Lilly in the United States and Europe. From 1999 to 2006, Dr. Bellido managed SGF-Santé, a $300M life sciences investment fund, where he identified and developed several major successes, including Cryocath, IDI-GeneOhm, and Axcan Pharma. He has also contributed extensively to academia as the director of the Chair of Management in Bioindustry at the University of Quebec in Montreal and as an Invited Professor for 15 years. An accomplished board member, Dr. Bellido has served on the boards of over 20 public and private companies worldwide, including Diagnos (ADK.V), Magneceuticals (USA), and RegenLab (CH). Holding a Ph.D. in sciences, an MSc in pharmaceutical sciences, and an MBA, he has authored over 40 scientific publications, cementing his legacy as a thought leader in his fields.

Anna Beata Kalisz Hedegaard serves on the Krown Quantum Security Advisory Board and is the Co-Founder & Executive Board Member of the Quantum Security & Defense Group (QSECDEF), a globally recognized leader in quantum security solutions. A physicist of exceptional caliber, Anna holds two Master of Science degrees: one in electronics and nanotechnology from Wright State University, Ohio, and another in quantum mechanics and particle physics from the University of Southern Denmark. Her academic rigor is complemented by a wealth of international experience, having lived and worked in Poland, Denmark, the United States, Malaysia, the Netherlands, and Germany, which has enriched her with a truly global perspective. Anna’s expertise extends beyond physics and technology into the realm of intellectual property, with distinguished roles at the European Patent Office and as a patent engineer, where she navigated the complexities of protecting cutting-edge innovations. Her leadership at QSECDEF, combined with her deep knowledge of quantum mechanics and nanotechnology, positions her as a visionary in the field of quantum security and defense.
